Essay

The taxation of property, property and non-property rights that are inherited by right of successions: western theory, practice and evolution. An investigation of theoretical foundations, evolution and technologies of the taxation of legacy in the Western states. A comparison of national systems of the estate and inheritance taxes abroad, a substantiation of the recommendations relative to perfection of the Ukrainian system of inheritance taxation. Scientific method of the hermeneutics, the historical-genetic method, the comparative-regional method, the positive and normative methods, the economic-mathematical methods are used. The compliance of the Ukrainian model of the inheritance taxation with the Schanz-Haig-Simons conception is proved. The influences of the estate and inheritance taxation on accumulation of capital are revealed. Recommendations concerning a perfection of the inheritance taxation in the Ukraine have been introduced; also the scantily explored facts and phenomenon have been introduced into scientific usage. Governmental agencies and educational process.
