Dissertation is devoted the development of theoretical and methodical positions on forming and current liability management as a component resource base of bank. On the basis of generalization of results of scientific researches essence of notion "current liabilities" was certain from the point of view a management by them; also, the elements of financial mechanism of current liability management are certain; basic directions of improvement the process of current liability management are grounded by bank resources taking into account the degree of their divisibility. The scientific-practical principles of introduction of separate elements of financial mechanism of current liability management of bank are certain in work. Most substantial from them are: methodical approaches to estimation of stability of client base at prognostication of conditional-permanent part of current liabilities of bank; recommendations on the current liability management of bank taking into consideration crediting on the systemby overdraught.
