In the dissertation 148 patients century with presence chronic uncalculosis cholecystitis with chronic fatigue syndrom are generalized the data of complex clinical-laboratory and tool inspection. Established pathogenetic the role metabolic and immunological of infringements in an aggravation of disease, is revealed interdependence. Pathogenetic is proved expediency of use of a combination holenorm and ciclopheron in complex therapy of the patients chronic uncalculosis cholecystitis with chronic fatigue syndrom, and also lisorm in a complex of long terming medical rehabilitation. The restoration immunological and methabolic and biochemical parameters is marked more quickly improvement of a general condition of the patients which is shown in achievement proof and high-grade remission of chronic uncalculosis cholecystitis and gradually decreasing of the clinical symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrom in the observed patients during 1 year of dispenser supervision.
