The dissertation formulates experimental researches of the phytopreparation "Hepaphit-1" on a model of dexametazonе diabetes complicated by toxic hepatitis which concept the pharmacology effect of the phytopreparation. The method of complex therapy of patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis and steatohepatosis against type 2 diabetes mellitus background is developed on the basis of results of clinical researchers of "Hepaphit-1" and "Artichoke extract - Zdorovye" phytopreparations' effect against differentiated alimentary therapy. It is determined an anti-oxidant, hepatoprotective, anti-inflammatory, cholagogue, hypolipidemic and immune-simulated effect of pharmacopeia herbal medicines which phytopreparations contain. It si proved effectiveness and safety of "Hepaphit-1" and "Artichoke extract - Zdorovye" application at methabolic liver disorders.
