The thesis is devoted to the study of the possibility of the structurally stable propagation of optical vortices in weakly guiding anisotropic and elliptical twisted optical fibres as well as in coiled fibres with a real refractive index. The results of the phesis allow one to make a conclusion about possibility of structurally stable propagation of linearly and circularly polarized optical vortices.
