The Object: Object: process of management efficiency of activity of enterprises of retail business of the system of consumer co-operation of Ukraine. Purpose: Development of theoretical and methodical bases of forming of organizationally-economic mechanism of management efficiency of activity of enterprises of retail business of the system of consumer co-operation of Ukraine. Methods: analysis and synthesis, quantitative analysis and economic prognostication, analysis of hierarchies, economical-statistical, dialectical, system, complex, structurally-functional approaches. It is offered: methodical approach to the estimation of functioning, possibilities of improvement and changes of organizationally-economic mechanism of management efficiency of activity of enterprises of retail business of consumer co-operation; conceptual positions of management efficiency of their activity; methodical approach to the estimation of current results of activity of these enterprises; method of forming of organizationally-economic mechanism of management efficiency of their activity; organizationally-economic mechanism of management efficiency of activity of enterprises of retail business of the system of consumer co-operation of Ukraine. Sphere of the use: enterprises of retail business of the system of consumer co-operation of Ukraine.
