Essay

Research object: process of becoming and development of export-import relations in the grain market of Ukraine. The purpose of scientific research is the ground of theoretical bases and development of practical recommendations in relation to effective development of export-import relations in the grain market of Ukraine. Research methods: history-logical, abstract-logical, monographic, induction, economical-statistical, computation-structural. Theoretical and practical results: in dissertation the theoretical -methodical aspects of international trade are worked. The organizational-economic instruments of defence of interests of national commodity producers are grounded from economic pressure of mediators, and also perspective measures which would decrease the risksof national grain economy of membership of Ukraine in WTO. The scientific novelty: the necessity of creation of optimum marketing chains of advancement of corn cultures in the context of export-import relations in the grain market of Ukraine, in activity of which the internal and external competitive edges of every country-competitor at the definite market of sale are taken into account, is grounded; perspective measures which would were instrumental in strengthening of competitiveness of home producers of grain and increase of export potential of national grain economy. Degree of introduction: scientific developments are accepted to introduction by Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, Uman' state agrarian university, by Management of agriculture in the Teplik district of the Winnitca region. Efficiency: the use of the offered developments enables to protect a national commodity producer from economic pressure of mediators. Sphere, sector of use: state establishments, higher educational establishments, subjects of foreign trade activity at the grain market of Ukraine.
