Essay

The research object - solders crystallization and theirs interaction processes with high-pure corundum ceramics during soldering which lead to creation of soldered qualitative ceramic joint; the research purpose - development of the solders on base of the systems CaO-Al2O3-SiO2, BaO-Al2O3-SiO2, MnO-Al2O3-SiO2 for the production of soldered large-size and complex shape products from corundum ceramics; the methods - differential-thermal, roentgen-phase, electron-microscopic, microroentgen spectral, petrographic, dynamic and standardized research procedures of properties of used materials and samples; results - solders compositions which allows to produce large-size and complex shape products from a high-pure corundum ceramics are developed; the novelty - the technological conditions of soldering and solders compositions which at the coast of creation sitall structure, provide high thermomechanical properties of high-pure corundum ceramics soldered joints are theoretical based and experimentally determined; the extent of introduction - developed solders were introduced at OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S. Berezhnoy" where they are applying for production of large-size and complex shape products from corundum ceramics; application field - scientific instrument-making industry and plant facilities
