Balueva O. The improvement of the administrative management mechanisms of information system development in the sphere of health protection

The object of investigation is the processes state management of the informational system of the health branch. The purpose of the given research is scientific-theoretical ground for the necessity of improvement of state management mechanisms of the development of the health branch informational system on the basis of the formation of logistical concept. The methods of investigation are - logics, dialectics, a systematic approach, a general theory of systems and logistical management,a statistical method and a method of comparative analysis. The practical value of the results of the investigation is that its results can become a foundation for logistical concept of state management of the development of health branch information system. The scientific novelty of the achieved results of the investigation lics in solving a scientific task of the improvement of the mechanisms of state managing the development of health branch information system by means of applying a logistical concept. A logistical concept of state managing the development of health branch information system is viewed for the first time.The following things have been improved: the medical information terminology set, due to the introduction of the notion "the telemedicine market";principal foundations of state management of the health branch; the mechanism of state management of telemedicine market. The complex notion of health branch logistical system has been formulated. The model of state management of the development of health branch information system of the area, and also the methodical approach to assessment of the effectiveness of logistical supervision of health branch has been further developed.
