Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the determination of essence, legal bases and procedures of production in cases of entrepreneurs' registration. Essence and role of registration production is administrative process is analyzed, the definition and peculiarities of production in cases of state registration of entrepreneurs and system of its legal bases are elucidated. Kinds and legal status of subjects of production in cases of state registration of entrepreneurs, its content and procedures are characterized.
