Analyzed current situation and trends of production development, import and export of fish and sea foods, and main international markets of this kind of products. Scientifically grounded methods of financial and economical regulation of international transactions with purpose to provide food security of the country on condition growing demand for products and liberalization of world economy. Analyzed main methods and instruments tariff and non tariff regulation of fish import on the world markets. Defined main directions of import regulation of researching products basing on international experience and peculiarities of the National agrarian economy. Sharply defined transformation stages and import duty liberalization on fish and seafood products within limits of entrance Ukraine to the World Trade Organization. Proved influence of import duty implementation as one of the financial and economical instrument for forming customs value of commodities. Developed and scientifically grounded recommendationsas to necessity of diversification of product delivery ways on Ukrainian market on conditions natural resources shortening and increasing of aquaculture share in the world proposition.
