Kurushkin V. Elaboration of the technology of differential service with guaranteed service on the basis of equipment Frame Relay

In the dissertation there are solved the problems connected with elaboration of the system of differential service with guaranteed service on the basis of equipment Frame Relay (FR). The data of determination of the main parameters, which are necessary for creating of the models of service as per the system of differential service with guaranteed service: parameters of the quality of service, classes of services, types of service systems etc. In the dissertation there is a proved choice of the indexes of the quality of differential service with guaranteed service. There are determined normatives for the indexes of the quality while using equipment Frame Relay. There are elaborated models of the strategies of service of equipment Frame Relay for the conditions when the procedures of control of the efficiency don’t make defects in the efficient controlled system. There are obtained analytical expressions in closed form for exploitative probability of faultless work of equipment Frame Relay and of the coefficient of readiness of this equipment. There is an analysis of elaborated models of service. Such analysis is done for two occasions, when faults are gradual and sudden. There are elaborated optimal and gradual plans of service. In the elaboration there are formulated and solved direct and reverse tasks of parametrical optimization of service plans. Sphere of use is the connection, telecommunication.
