the object - maxillary device at children and adults in the age of 7-30 years with tortoabnormalities; the aims increase of efficiency ways of treatment tortoabnormalities teeth for improvement of an aesthetics and function teeth-arch appliance by creation of mechanically-mathematical model of tooth turn for an estimation of efficiency use of the orthodontics equipment in the different age periods; the methods - clinical, anthropometric, mathematics-mechanical, statistical; the new is the offered mechanically-mathematical model has allowed to recommend following sequence – algorithm – calculation of the device for teeth turn in the oral cavity: the teeth sizes and corners on which it is necessary to turn them are defined, the teeth roots sizes are defined according to the roentgenogram; the outcomes - for increasing stability in results of orthodontic treatment by prevention of relapse tortoabnormalities at stage of end the active period of orthodontic treatment – for 4 – 5 weeks before removal fixed bonding the orthodontic equipment are offered circumferential supracrestal fiberotomy (CSF) and papilla spilitting at patients older 16 years with normal tooth-gum joint.
