Essay

Object - technological process of work of cultivator paws with the different wear of their edge of blades. Purpose ? increase of work efficiency of assemblies arrow-shaped pads by determination of optimum their between-repairs operating time. Methods ? theoretical researches of processes of co-operation of blade of paw with the root of weed and soil, conducting with the use of mechanic and mathematic design on the basis of substantive provisions of higher mathematics, theoretical and analytical mechanics, resistance of materials and agricultural mechanics. Optimum between-repairs operating time work of cultivator's paws it is grounded after the criterion of expense of facilities. Experimental researches were executed in laboratory and production terms after the proper methods with the use of the special and standard equipment, pre-production (designing) models of grown pads with the use of methods of planning of multifactor experiment. The statistical experimental indexes processing is carried out withthe use of, correlation and regressive analyses of variance with the use of PC. Novelty - 1) analytical dependence of change of resistance of soil on the size of wear of edge of blades of cultivators paws and basic influences is grounded; 2) the terms of roots scission of weeds taking into account hardness of soil, destructive tension of weeds roots and corners of roots friction on a pads and soil are analytically certain; 3) analytical dependence of optimum between-repairs operating time work of paws from operating indexes is set works and costs of renewal; 4) the mathematical models (equalization of regression) of dependence of hauling resistance, depth of treatment and degree of paring of roots of weeds from the size of wear of edge of blades of paws are collected. Results of researches. The method of optimum between-repairs operating time work determination of cultivators paws on the basis of complex approach in accordance with the system of the qualities "field-machine" is developed. Job performances are applied in a document on exploitation and maintenance of paws of the GSKB "Gruntomash". The use of this method is instrumental in high-quality implementation of technological operation with the observance of possible agro technical requirements high-quality indexes and decreasing total expenses on renewal and energy.
