Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the solution of a scientific - technological problem of creation of the new condensed from a vapour phase composite materials on the basis of a dilute alloy Сu and Mo for the electric contacts. The particuliarities of structure formation and properties of condensed composite materials in multicomponent system, the optimal technological parameters of leading of the process of electron-beam vaporization with the subsequent condensation in vacuum are established and chemical and phase composition were determined. Also physical-mechanical and service properties of these materials were determined. The industrial equipment and technology of obtaining of electric contact materials and contacts - parts from them are designed. Wide industrial testings with positive results of the new, commersial type of electric contacts were conducted.
