Zaruba P. Criminal responsibility for the crimes in privatization sphere

The dissertation is the complex scientific research of problems of criminal responsibility for the crimes in the sphere of privatization. There is criminal and legal analysis of components of crimes in the dissertation i.e. illegal privatization of public, municipal property, illegal actions with privatization papers, not doing of duties by the person concerning certain conditions of privatization of public, municipal property or enterprises and their perspective using, the dissertation contains the elements and features of this crimes. The dissertation contains also system analyses of legislation in the sphere of privatization because of blanket disposition of mentioned above crimes. It contains recommendations on the proper using of criminal norms in investigative and court practice, propositions about future improving of criminal and privatization legislation in the sphere of privatization.
