Kaptur V. The mechanism of virtual channels organization in the peer-to-peer Ethernet networks

The object of investigation is a mechanism of information exchange in telecommunications networks. The purpose and objectives of the study, the development of a new mechanism of information exchange, sharing of oriented distributed information resources and anonymous information exchange in telecommunications networks. Research methods are based on the principles of telecommunication networks theory, analytical and simulation, theory, the theory of mass care and probability theory, as well as the foundations of design and programming implementation of telecommunications protocols. These studies were conducted in the dissertation under separate order "Drafting of the implementation of the Program of Development of Ukraine postal service until 2010" performed to order the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine, "The development of a feasibility study of investment in the creation of a single digital tele-communications network The Ministry of the Interior", performed by order The Ministryof the Interior of Ukraine and "Assessing the current state of the telecommunications and information infrastruc-ture Pension Fund of Ukraine and the prospects of its development" performed to order the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
