In given work the analysis of modern methods and means of psycho-physiological testing and selection of the personnel is resulted. The classification of psycho-diagnostic and psycho-physiological technologies, systems and techniques is developed. The mathematical model of psycho-physiological personnel testing process is also developed. The criteria of estimation of physiological and psychical components interaction are defined and investigated. Theoretical bases, model and process quality control method are developed. New information technology and automated complex for psycho-physiological testing and selection of the personnel in law-enforcement bodies system of Ukraine are created.
