Novak I. Organizational and economic principles for effective functioning of enterprises of agrichemical services

Object of research: organizational-economic processes of post-reform development and the formation of beneficial relationships among economic entities at a regional market of agro-chemical service. Aim of research - working out organizational-economic conditions of the efficient functioning of the entities of agrochemicals service. Methods of research - dialectic and system analysis, questionnaire poll, economic-mathematic programming. Theoretical and practical results of research - the suggestions can be introduced into practical use by managerial bodies when working out measures aimed at improving the system of agrochemical service and efficient functioning of regional service enterprises. Scientific novelty - for the first time a conceptual model of a three-level agrochemical association was developed - with a well-grounded deposit-credit mechanism which regulates economic relations among partners of the association, and also with a simultaneous creation of imitation program of grain crop cultivation in Cherkasy region; an economic-mathematic model, adapted to soil-climate conditions of region was developed which will allow to determine optimal amount of chemical means for expected yield capacity of agricultural crops; methods of economic evaluation of business performance of service entities. Extent of introduction - results of the research are introduced into practical activities of the Main department of agro-industrial development of Cherkasy region.
