the object - process of elimination false teeth in removable dentures depending on clinical terms and term of the use; the aims increase of efficiency orthopaedic medical treatment of stomatology patients and reduction of amount complications tooth replacement removable dentures by development and introduction of false teeth on a composite basis with the improved physicomechanical descriptions; the methods - clinical; physico-mechanical; diffraction; toxicological; microbiological; statistical; the new is the physical-mechanical studies proved significant advantages of Estedent-composite artificial teeth over Estedent-02 plastic teeth, which were confirmed by studying their structure with a use of the diffraction methods; the outcomes - the results of clinical studies and electromyography of mastication muscles in the patients using removable dental prostheses with Estedent-composite artificial teeth indicate a prolonged term of preservation of their occlusive surface form and vertical dimension as compared with plastic teeth.
