Essay

The obtained results revealed structural and functional damages and their influence on the course of the illness, what allowed to develop the treatment tactics. On the base of the experimental studies it was discovered that among the morphological changes in the pharynx in the general irradiation of the rabbits prevail the dystrophic and atrophic features of the mucous tissue. The treatment with the use of local immune modulator tiotriasoline, in the 2% liniment form was morphohistochemically based and approved.
