Object of research is an agricultural landownership and land-tenure of different organization-legal structures of management. The purpose of research is a ground of theoretic-methodological and organizationally-economic bases of forming and functioning of organization-economical mechanism of rational agricultural land using. Methods: an abstract manner-logical, induction, deduction, analytical calculations, supervision and generalization, graphic, economical-mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: the basic results of dissertation research serve as scientifically-methodical basis for a ground, development and practical introduction of organization-economic mechanism of rational agricultural land using which will assist upgrading soils, to providing of the effective use of the landed resources as an object and mean of labour and natural resource. Scientific novelty: for the first time: essence of organization-economic mechanism of rational agricultural land using is certain, as to the aggregateof associate organizational and economic measures, carried out the subjects of management for achievement of the purpose put by them; improved: richness of content of concept "rational agricultural land using", as scientifically grounded use of lands of lots of the agricultural setting; got further development: system of organization-economic and ecological measures on the guard of earths of the agricultural setting, directed on the increase of efficiency of ecological-safe land using. Degree of introduction: the results of dissertation found application in work of Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, Main administration of agroindustrial development of Volynskoy regional state administration, enterprises of the Vinnica area. Efficiency: will assist organization of rational land using of agricultural commodity producers. Sphere, area of the use: agroindustrial production of Ukraine.
