An object is the public relations which accrue in the process of organization of production-economic activity and life-support of rural population on co-operative bases. Research purpose is to ground directions and ways of use of co-operative principles and forms for subsequent development and increase of efficiency of agricultural production and decision of rural social problems. Methods are dialectical, abstractly-logical, systems analysis, comparison, Monographic, SWOT-analysis, gallup poll, table and graphic. Results are theoretical positions in relation with regard the decision of rural social problems by the wide bringing of peasant to forming of the system of different types cooperative stores, the two-tier estimation of results of realization by the cooperative stores of the social function. Novelty is development of theoretical and methodological bases and the ground directions of development of co-operative processes in the production and social fields of village, strengthening of social constituent of these processes. Degree of introduction – scientific results is used by authority and in an educational process, which is confirmed by the proper certificates. The field of the use is the providing of rural development through the forming of the effective system of rural population activity on co-operative bases.
