Object of research is activity of Ukraine Armed forces in a peace time, an object of research is managerial processes by activity of Ukraine Armed forces in maintenance of the state military-economic safety. The purpose of dissertational work is development and a substantiation of theoretical, methodical and practical recommendations on improvement of management by activity of Ukraine Armed forces in maintenance of military-economic safety of the state. For achievement of the aims laid down in work general scientific and empirical methods of scientific researches are used: system analysis, analogies, abstraction, induction, deduction, synthesis, a concrete definition of expert estimations, indistinct logic, economic-mathematical modeling, analysis of hierarchies, supervision, experiment, extrapolation, SWOT-analysis, economic-statistical to the analysis, program-target and functional-resource analysis. In dissertational work the important theoretical and scientifically practical problem in improvementof management by activity of Ukraine Armed forces in a peace time for maintenance of the state military-economic safety is put and solved. Scientific novelty of the received results consists that: for the first time conceptual approaches on carrying out of diagnostics of managerial process by activity of Ukraine Armed forces are developed, methodical approaches valuation to model of management by activity of Ukraine Armed forces are offered and to its influence on maintenance of a level of the state military-economic safety. It is introduced: the methodical approach on valuation models of management by activity of Ukraine Armed forces; a technique of information technologies introduction optimization in management by activity of Ukraine Armed forces; the methodical approach on valuation a management efficiency activity of Ukraine Armed forces at introduction of different variants of information-telecommunication system construction; a technique of development of the forecast of the defensive budget under scripts of economy development and strategy of state safety. Use of the received scientific and practical results is recommended to Advice of national safety and defense of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine, by development of national, military and military-economic safety strategy of Ukraine, and also at realization of strategic planning and forecasting of military-economic sphere and investing-innovative development of the state.
