Object of research: managerial process by innovative-investment activity of the industrial enterprises. An object of research: theoretical and applied aspects of management of innovative-investment activity at the enterprises. Methods: classification-analytical method, receptions of the statistical and graphic analysis, methods of the logic analysis and the system approach, methods of economic-mathematical modeling and forecasting. For the first time: the concept of management is developed by innovative-investment activity of the industrial enterprise; the model of formation of optimum structure of a portfolio of innovative-investment projects of the enterprise on the basis of application of imitating-dynamic model is developed. It is advanced: methodical bases of an estimation of efficiency of innovative-investment projects in view of ordinary and not ordinary schemes of movement of monetary streams; methods of a choice of optimum strategy on realization of innovative-investment projects on the basisof criteria in "games with the nature". Have received the further development: definition of concept "management of risk of the project"; methods of an estimation and forecasting of financial results of realization of innovative production with application optimization stochastic one-grocery model.
