Essay

Research object are processes of diversification of innovations in food retail industry in the conditions of forming of innovative model of development of economy of Ukraine. The purpose of research is a scientific ground of theoretic-methodological bases of analysis and estimation of processes of diversification of innovations, study of influencing of diversification of innovations on entrepreneurial activity in food retail industry and development of strategy and mechanisms of government control of innovative activity on the enterprises of food area. Methods: historical and in an abstract manner-logical; analysis of the systems, index, graphic and analytical, correlation-regressive analysis, groupings, sociometric method. Theoretical and practical results: conclusions and suggestions, researches got as a result, enable to deepen approaches of the systems to organization of the effective control innovative activity of enterprises of food retail industry system and form modern strategies of introduction and distribution of innovations. Scientific novelty: first: determinations of concept "diversification of innovations" are offered as a process of distribution of innovations on the new spheres of activity (expansion of nomenclature of innovative products and services, geographical sphere of distribution of innovations) and classification of forms of display of this process in food retail industry; improved: criteria of classification of types of diversification of innovations, it is set as a result, that on the modern stage of development of food retail industry the features of diversification of innovations considerable territorial and family diversification shows in food retail industry; got further development: to recommendation in relation to perspective directions of diversification of innovations in food retail industry in the conditions of integration of Ukraine in a world economy and entries to WTO. Degree of introduction: the results of dissertation are entered in the economies of the Volynskoy area and Ukraine. Efficiency: will render assistance diversification of innovative activity of enterprises of food retail industry in the conditions of stabilizing of the Ukrainian economy. Sphere, area of the use: agroindustrial production of Ukraine.
