Buryak O. Formation and Development of Financial Institutions of Local Self-Government in Ukraine

The dissertation to the problems of functioning the financial institutions of local self-government is dedicated. The essence and meaning of the local finances in financial and economic system on the territorial level of management are ascertained, the directions of restructuring the local budgets, the ways of reforming the local taxation as an instrument of financial policy of the territorial community are cleared up, the mechanisms of adapting financial institutions of communal property to the market environment requirements is grounded.The methods of organizing financial management in the context of budget process localization are determined in the investigation, the tendencies of developing state financial institutions considering the world experience of organizing territorial financial relations are outlined.
