Rysin M. The Organizing and Economic Mechanizm of Bank's Long-Term Credits Increase

The research deals with complex investigation of improving the organizing and economic mechanizm of long-term lending in Ukraine. The social and economic essence of long-term credit, it's function and main types are investigated. The classification of factors, which has influence on investors, intermediaries and borrowers in long-term lending process, are improved. The problems of realization an economic and organizing mechanizms of long-term lending in Ukraine are identified. The sources of formation an ukrainian bank's credit resourses during 1996-2005 yy. and volume of long-term credits in Ukraine and Lviv region are analyzed. The ways of increasing volume of long-term lending in Ukraine are proved. The priority directions of long-term credit's granting technology are worked out, especially the own procedure of calculation the markup percentage is offered. The recomendations of improvins the system of risk management in long-term lending are given.
