Dissertation is devoted the decision of scientific question of decline of the noise loading, affecting auxiliary personnel of vehicles of transports and passengers, using services of railway transport. Theoretical positions are considered on an origin and distribution of vibrations of sounds from power and auxiliary mechanisms and workings parts of PMS in the conditions of the limited volumes of operator's cabs and salons of dizel- and electric trains.
