Essay

Object of research: is process of management of competitive edge of milk-processing enterprises in Lviv region under conditions of dynamic competitive environment. The purpose of research: is development of theoretical and methodological basis of estimation, economic regulation of competitive relations in dairy sub complex and practical recommendations as to competitiveness of milk-processing enterprises. Methods: systematical and structural, abstract and logical, analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, economic and statistical, calculative and constructive, monographic. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical and methodological basis is formed by fundamentals of economic theory and systematic and dialectic approach as to study of economic processes and phenomena, which have been established in the system of competitive relations in dairy sub complex. Scientific works, legal and normative acts of Ukraine concerning competition and competitive edge. Practical importance of the received results is in fact that their use makes it possible to increase the level of competitiveness and effectiveness of the activity of milk-processing enterprises and dairy sub complex of the region. Research novelty: for the first time the true estimation of the competitive potential of dairy sub complex has been made in the administrative regions of our country; social and economic mechanism of effective development of dairy cattle at personal farms has been improved; organizing and productive and economic measures as to improvement of raw material basis of milk-processing industry have been made; essence of competitive potential and system of indicators, determining development of competitive relations in dairy sub complex has been specified taking into account peculiarities of the competition in agrarian sphere; methodological approaches as to establishment of the system of marketing management of competitive edge of milk-processing enterprises with the use of the forecast parameters of development of milk and dairy market have been developed; scientific and methodological basis of grounding of the system of measures as to improvement of competitive edge of milk-processing enterprises. The degree of introduction: results of the research are accepted for the introduction at Main department of agro industrial development in Lviv regional state administration, Main department of agro industrial development of Radyvyliv state administration of Rivne region and limited company “Radyvylivmoloko” of Rivne region. Effectiveness: results of the research ground conception of impro¬vement of competitive edge of milk-processing enterprises and further development of dairy sub complex by means of increase of production effectiveness and improvement of the system of milk storage, improvement of the system of marketing management of competitive edge, use of competitive potential dairy sub complex, optimizing of export potential of milk-processing. Sphere, field of usage: main authorities of agro industrial development of regional and local state administrations as well as educational process of agrarian educational establishments.
