Lysyuk O. Efficiency of land use in agriculture.

The object of research: the land relations in agriculture as a component of the economic relations in AIC. The purpose of research: elaboration of theoretical theses and practical recommendations directed for increasing of efficiency of land use in organic interrelation with other factors of agricultural production. Methods: historical and abstractly-logical, economic-statistical (selective observation, grouping, comparison, dynamic row analysis, regression analysis, index method), diagram, economic- mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical and methodological basis of research is dialectical method of cognition, system approach to study of economic phenomena and processes that have place in agriculture and are related with land use as a main productive resource of branch, scientific works of native and foreign scientists on investigated problem. Research novelty: for the first time on a basis of minimally necessary rate of profit and minimal size of a rent payment is elaborated a technique of calculation of a part of the profit appropriate to the agricultural enterprise participant who has handed the land in the usage of the enterprise as the contribution in statute fund in exchange for the corporate rights; the mechanism of regulation of the rent relations is improved by means of elaborated technique of calculation of the minimal size of a rent payment for usage of agricultural purpose lands in separate administrative districts of researched region basing on real income of land use with the offers concerning modification to the valid Order of definition land indexation factor; the essence of a category “the land relations” in agriculture is specified by means of its understanding as component of economic relations which arise at a combination of elements of the land property rights and are shown through the mechanisms of distribution of a part of new created value between the participants of these relations in view of interests of all society; have received the further development theprinciples concerning restrictions on alienation of agricultural purpose lands during transitive period to the high-grade market of lands and the methodical approaches to creation of conditions of economic interest for land users in effective and rational use of agricultural purpose lands by means of tax system. Degree of introduction: the results of research have found practical use in job of the Lviv regional Main management of land resources, Main management of agroindustrial development of Lviv state administration, Drohobych regional department of land resources, Management of agroindustrial development of Drohobych state administration of Lviv region. Effectiveness: the introduction of results of results of research will allow to increase efficiency of land use in agriculture. Sphere, field of use: Main managements of agroindustrial development of regional and managements of district state administrations, main regional managements of land resources and managements of districts land resources.
