Object of research - newly detected destructive pulmonary tuberculosis; the purpose - improvement of efficacy of treatment patients with newly detected destructive pulmonary tuberculosis. On the basis of study of immunological status in patients with unhealing destructions in lung after standard course of chemotherapy it was detected the immunosupression with decreased number of T-lymphocytes and depression of phagocytes function. It was developed the method of treatment with fitoenterosorbent and antituberculosis drugs. Fitoenterosorbent increased of number T-lymphocytes and phagocytes function, decreased of concentration of Ig G, Ig A and immune complex in blood. This method of treatment increased of efficacy of chemotherapy on 21,4 % and improved its tolerability on 16,7 % with decrease of toxic and allergic side effects.
