State provision of pensions, receipts and expenditures of Pensionary fund of Ukraine, Complex estimation and deepening of theoretical, methodological and practical basics of state provision of pensions, and also development on this base practical recommendations concerning its improvement and development. Methods: analysis and synthesis, generalization, induction, comparison, groupment. It was conducted complex research of essence, role and appointing of state provision of pensions and its place in system of population social security, effectuated a development analysis of multilevel system of state provision of pensions in context of economic theories of labour cost and welfare. It was generalized and analysed the processes of forming and utilization of financial resources of Pensionary fund of Ukraine, characterized the stages of its development, conducted research of financial aspects of its functioning, was given estimation of positive and negative positions in its activity. It was offered a complex of practical recommendations concerning basic improvement directions of state provision of pensions taking into account contemporary world tendencies and developed actuarial model of estimation basic influence instruments on process of its reforming.
