Sasko O. Criminal liability for the violation of order operations conducting with scrap metal (analysis of the corpus delicti)

In the paper the issue of criminal liability for the violation of order of operations conducting with scrap metal has been investigated. Due to analysis of reasons for criminal liability for the violation of order operations conducting with scrap metal the expediency of the criminalization of such infringements and the preservation of this on the current stage of the legislation development have been grounded. The conclusion about the imperfection of the current edition of the art.213, of the Criminal Code of Ukraine was drawn. In the paper the drawbacks of this article are studied and its new are presented.
