Kudinov A. Loan servicing of agricultural cooperatives

Object of research: organizational economic bases of crediting of agricultural co-operatives in a context transformation of processes in agrarian sphere. The purpose of research: development of scientifically proved offers on improvement of credit service of agricultural co-operatives in Ukraine. Methods: a logic dialectic method of scientific knowledge, methods of the financial and economic and statistical analysis, quantitative and qualitative comparison, economic-mathematical modelling, computer processing and the analysis of data, logic generalization and synthesis, synthetic and expert estimations, monographic, graphic, the complex system approach. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical approaches to bank crediting agricultural co-operatives are generalized, the basic characteristics of agricultural co-operatives as borrowers are certain, credit status of industrial and serving agricultural co-operatives is estimated, the conceptual model of credit service of agricultural co-operatives isdeveloped. Scientific novelty: new approaches to classification of forms and functions of the agricultural credit through allocation of classification attributes depending on a kind and a level of credit attitudes, type of the creditor and the borrower are offered. Conceptual bases are developed for improvement and development of system of credit service of agricultural co-operatives in Ukraine by improvement at a level of the state of all mechanism of the organization of financial-credit maintenance; creation of the branched out and multilevel credit infrastructure; developments of new forms agromicrocrediting. A degree of introduction: results of scientific research are accepted to introduction in Open Society VTB Bank. Efficiency: use of results research will promote improvement of the mechanism of credit service of agricultural co-operatives. Sphere, area of use: practical activities of the bank establishments serving and industrial agricultural co-operatives.
