Mikhalkiv S. The improvement of technology of rolling bearing diagnostics for diesel locomotives electric engines on vibration characteristics

The dissertation is dedicated to a solving an actual scientific-applied task - an increasing the effectiveness of the technology of vibrodiagnostics of the elements of rolling bearings of locomotives electrical engines on different stages of its development, providing an unbreakable technology of vibrodiagnostics. A model of vibrodiagnostics technology was worked out, which uses the elements of determined and stochastic approaches and wavelet-analysis. Involving wavelet-analysis gives an opportunity to increase amount of diagnostics signs of rolling bearing technical condition. A method of quantitative estimation of rolling bearing technical condition was revised. There were worked out a diagnostics algorithm, programmable apparatus for achieved model realization with a complete 2-axis vibroaccelerometer with a digital output, which increases the effectiveness of the technology of vibrodiagnostics. An indicator of trustworthiness of worked out measurements equals 86,1%.
