Thesis is dedicated to the issues of development of scientific and theoretical bases of obtaining of modified composite gypsum binders from phosphogypsum, which are produced by the way of dehydration of neutralized phosphogypsum to low and high burned form and addition of complex modifiers of multifunctional action. It was investigated physico-chemical peculiarities of their hydration and structure formation, which provide designed building-technical properties of gypsum.
