The dissertation is devoted to the increasing of clinical efficiency of treatment Hp-negative ulcer patients (the NSAID-induced ulcers of gastro-duodenal area as the most frequent variant) by the original method that consisting of the complex use of proton pump inhibitor and colloid subcitrate of bismuth. It was found prophylactic efficiency of monotherapy by colloid subcitrate of bismuth for warning of medicinal ulcers at the protracted reception of NSAID without depending on selectivity of COX-2 inhibitоrs, not yielding on proton pump inhibitor efficiency.
