The thesis is devoted to the problem of the lаw enforcement specialist professionalisation in the context of the philosophical and legal inheritance of the Ukrainian state man during the Renaissance period S. Orichovskyi (1513-1566). The complex of factors is analyzed in this work, which influenced on the formation of the legal consciousness of the philosopher; the progressivity of his philosophical and legal views is discussed; the results of the S.Orichovskyi’s lаw and state philosophy projection in the sphere of modern state formation are considered.
