The dissertation investigates the ways of improvement of the state regulation of pharmaceutical market development in Ukraine. The scheme of complex pharmaceutical market research is developed, the scheme of state regulation mechanism of the market is improved, the terms definitions are supplemented. The suggestions are made in the relation of adaptation of international experience of the state regulation of pharmaceutical market to the national conditions. The model of forming of income for drugstores is developed, the method of calculation of its parameters is offered. The method of pricing of drugstores is developed, that takes into account the state regulation of limited level of extra charge on medicine. The functions of pharmaceutical market are classified, the method of its segmentation is offered.
