Об'єкт дослідження - public relations in the field of the criminal legal proceeding, which regulate providing of realization of rights and legal interests of person, which is suspected in the commission of crime. Мета дисертації - to develop systems of terms, methods and facilities, which make maintenance of guarantees of rights and legal interests of person which is suspected in the commission of crime, and to make suggestions on the improvement of legislation of Ukraine in this part. Методи дослідження - method of systems analysis, comparatively-legal, legalistically-logical, sociological methods, statistical . Наукова новизна - first certainly concept "suspected in the commission of crime", which wide and includes: three independent concepts of suspected, offender and suspected; position in relation to the waiver of concept "excitation of criminal case". Практичне значення - can be drawn on results of dissertation research in-process scientifically-research, work educational process and activity oforgans of investigation and inquest at consideration of statements and reports about the crimes. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - conclusions and recommendations of dissertation are inculcated: act of introduction of Committee on the questions of the legislative providing of law-enforcement activity of Supreme Soviet of Ukraine from December, 27, 2005 № 06-19/15-1945; act of introduction of the Kiev national university of internal affairs from December, 27, 2005, act of introduction of MIA of Ukraine from December, 8, 2005 №13/6-647. Ефективність впровадження - conclusions and suggestions positive estimation of specialists. Сфера використання - practical activity of organs of internal affairs of Ukraine, legislative and educational processes.
