Researching object is the motion of fourth class six-link mechanisms with the driven link iapproximate initial stop; researching purpose - development of kinematic synthesis method for fourth class six-link mechanisms with the driven link approximate initial stop; methods of research are the method of synthesis of four-link mechanisms with three fixed positions, kinetic static method, the method of absolute optimization; novelty: - complex mathematical model of kinematics synthesis for fourth class six-link mechanisms with the driven link approximate initial stop was developed for the first time; - kinematics equivalent for all groups of second range lever mechanisms, as well as six-link mechanisms of fourth class and link mechanisms with curvilinear slot was proved; - kinematics synthesis method for the fourth class six-link mechanisms with the driven link approximate initial stop was updated; - strategy of rational selection parameters for fourth class six-link mechanisms with the driven link approximate initial stop was developed; Realization level: machine-tools kinematic charts improvement for slot baskets making and piling to the mandrels slots of of electric motors stators in JSC "VELT" ,Kharkiv, at the transmission of theoretical and programmatic developments for planning of new mechanisms in the special equipment on GP "Malysheva Plants", Kharkiv, at execution of the course planning in a course of the theory of mechanisms and machines in NTU "KHPI" , Kharkiv; a sphere of use is modelling of new machines the driven link approximate initial stop .
