Essay

Subject of research: walls of the chamber of the thermophysical equipments, engines, reactor facilities, bottoms, pipes, energy-converting machinery cases. The aim: creation of a computation method of estimation of short-time strength and life-time of rotate shells constructive machine elements under a combined static and cyclic axisymmetrical loading, which exploitation conditions is creep. Methods of research: finite elements method , Newton-Kantorovich method, Runge-Kutta-Merson method, Gauss and Holetskij methods. Theoretical and practical results: the solution of rational designing is received at change of a geometrical configuration of a differentiating wall of the chamber of the charged particles beam extraction devices for water purification. Scientific novelty: on a new theoretical basis influence of a vibration loading on longevity, shaping, damageability and creep-rupture life of shells constructive elements is determined. The degree of implementation: data and recommendations for designingare given to NSC "Kharkov Institute of Physics and Technology". Application area: in design institutes and during learning process.
