Object of research: digital images of histologic cuts for cancer diagnostics. The purpose of research: increasing of histological cuts images processing tools efficiency due to use of evolutionary modelling. Methods of research: evolutionary methods of optimization (for segmentation rational values definition), genetic programming, methods of images digital processing (for synthesis of images processing and segmentation effective algorithms), the system analysis (for construction of histologic cuts images processing and segmentation tools structure). Theoretical and practical results: the new tools of histologic cuts images processing are developed on the basis of evolutionary models. Novelty: new method for definition of segmentation parameters rational values of histologic cuts color images was developed on the basis of modified genetic algorithm; new evolutionary method for synthesis of color images processing effective algorithms was developed on the basis of genetic programming; criteria for an estimation of images processing quality was offered. Degree of introduction: the result are introduced at Donetsk Regional Clinical Territorial Medical Association, in some research work done at Donetsk national technical university and are used in educational process provided on the faculty "Automated control systems" in Donetsk national technical university. Area of use: medicine.
