Essay

This dissertation is dedicated to considering Ghalib's poetry in the context of the Indian style, to proving the importance of this style for the development of the Turkish literature in the 18th century and solving the issue about the roots of the Indian style. The scientific novelty is determined by the analysis of the poetry of the great Turkish Sufi and poet Sheikh Ghalib in the context of the Indian style literature, solving the issue of the main roots of the Indian style and presenting a mesnevi "Husn and Ashk" to the Ukrainian orientalists. The importance of this topic is determoned by the fact that the Indian style is the most famous poetic style in islamic countries of the 17th-18th centuries.
