Voskobiynyk Y. Organization and effectiveness of agricultural commodities trade on stock exchange in Ukraine

Object of research: processes of establishment and development of agricultural commodities trade on stock exchange in Ukraine. Purpose of research: development of scientifically reasoned offers on improvement of the organization and increase in efficiency of agricultural commodities trade on stock exchange in Ukraine. Methods: dialectic method of knowledge, monographic method, method of theoretical generalization, historic-logical, economic-statistical and graphical methods, constructive-calculated, abstract-logical methods and methods of analysis and synthesis. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical fundamentals of formation and effective functioning of agricultural commodities trade on stock exchange in Ukraine have been summarized, essence and economic substance of the category "commodity exchange" has been revealed. The current state has been evaluated and factors stipulating inefficient functioning of the agricultural exchange market in Ukraine have been defined. Influence of legislativeand regulatory provisions on activity of commodity exchanges has been determined. Scientific novelty: development strategy of the agricultural exchange market and scientifically reasoned offers on improvement of the mechanism of agricultural commodities trade on stock exchange in Ukraine has been developed. New type of urgent contracts - "forward without delivery" has been proposed. Offers on improvement of state regulation mechanism of agricultural exchange market and application of the "target" price in system of price regulation of the agricultural market have been developed. The technique of definition of institutional effectiveness of exchange trade under modern conditions has been introduced with account of preferential tax treatment of agricultural commodity producers in terms of value added tax. Introduction degree: results of scientific research have been used in work of the commodity exchange "the Kiev Agroindustrial Stock Exchange", as well as by the Union of Agricultural Stock Exchanges of Ukraine,have been approved by the Ministry of the agrarian policy of Ukraine for further introduction in work of the Agrarian Fund. Efficiency: results of the research shall assist in improvement of the organization and increase in efficiency of agricultural commodities exchange trade. Sphere, branch of implementation: practical activities of commodity exchanges, National Association of Stock Exchanges of Ukraine, the Union of Agricultural Stock Exchanges of Ukraine, the state authorities, as well as in the process of education in higher educational establishments.
