The dissertation focuses on the increase in the efficiency of treating patients with chronic hepatitis against the background of alimentary obesity through the development and use of medical complexes including individual dieteric nutrition with applying the products for a special purpose, hepar compositum, berlition, stifimol preparations. The developed medical complexes are to be effective to dynamize the clinical presentations in patients with chronic hepatitis who suffered from obesity, to reduce the manifestations of vegetoasthenic, dyspeptic syndromes. Applying the developed medical complexes is to result in the evident increase in IMB as well as positive influence on the liver functional state, lipid metabolism, POL indices, AOP system.
