Dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical and methodical recommendations in relation to perfection of the system of the state adjusting of employment. Theoretical bases of forming of the system of the state adjusting of employment are explored. Development of the system of providing of employment is analysed in concrete economic terms. Reasons and tendencies of process of freeing of workers are considered. The state of the state adjusting of employment of population is analysed. Forming of labour-market is explored at national and regional levels.
