Essay

The dissertation is devoted to designing of automated information systems and processes of airborne altimeter data treatment for three-dimensional territory visualization. A new regular surface reconstruction method from unordered airborne altimeter data is developed. Mathod is based on triangular meshes features of the arbitrary surfaces forms definition. The structure model of information process of surfaces reconstruction is developed. The fast methods on every processing steps are developed.
