The dissertation is dedicated to system development of the facilities to automations of the process of the designing the book publishing and optimization of the working publishers on prepress stage preparation to product. Explored composition criteria of the making the book publishing and their influence upon shaping its individual type; the offered way of the decision of the task to optimization parameter book publishing by by buildings to models of the problem of the linear programming, which input component appear the formalized requirements to make-up of the pages; the designed model and software of the system of the designing the book publishing; the considered particularity and criteria of the use the expert systems for choice of the computer publishing system. On base result research is designed structure of the system computer aided design book publishing and is identified its place and way of the using in editorial-publishing process.
